Mary Ann McDowell is currently employed with Mercy Neighborhood Ministries as their Crisis Assistance Program Coordinator. She is responsible for the overall management of the Crisis Assistance Program. Mary Ann worked for the Internal Revenue Service for thirty-three years. She started out as a mail clerk and worked her way up until she ended up as the Management Achievement Program Career Advisor for 188 participants. Mary Ann served as Treasurer/Secretary for Urban Harmony through Drama, Site Coordinator for Centers for Excellence and Court Advocate for Women Helping Women. Currently, Mary Ann is the Treasurer and Vice President of Training, Youth Task Force Coordinator for the AMOS Project.
