A Sister of Mercy for forty-two years, Sister Victoria was involved in high school teaching and administration for twenty years. She became a canon (Church) lawyer after receiving the luris canonici licentiate from St. Paul University in Ottawa. Since 1990 she has worked at the tribunal for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In 1991, Sister Victoria became the Director of the Tribunal and a Defender of the Bond for marriage cases. Sister Victoria has been Promoter of Justice for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati in which capacity she serves ex officio on the Archdiocesan Review Board for the Protection of Children. Sister Victoria is published as a canonist in Jurist and Studia canonica as well as Canon Law Society of America publications. She is author of Catholics.
